Well, in that case, you are required to take out the warranty card and the manual. Read the terms and conditions properly. Mostly, the vendors give up to three years warranty from the purchase date. You must carefully read the address and dispatch at the same address the device along with the parts. If the conditioning falls with in the warranty period then you will be given the repair service free of cost. But if the repair needs to be done solely because of your fault like sudden fall o device or anything of that sort then you will be charged.
If the device is damaged due to your fault then it is up to you that whether you send it to the company for repairs or take it to any local vaporizers repairer. In any case, you will be charged.
